Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives. You will engage in strategic planning, facilitate communication among teams, and ensure that all project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
