As a Guest Relation Officer, you are the face of Zolo at the property level. You play a critical role in shaping the resident experience — from first interaction to daily living. Your work ensures residents feel safe, heard, and cared for while maintaining smooth on-ground operations.

Role Overview – What This Role Is Really About

This role is for someone who enjoys interacting with people and taking responsibility on the ground. As a GRO, you will:

● Ensure smooth day-to-day property operations

● Act as the bridge between residents and internal teams

● Handle concerns calmly and resolve issues quickly

● Maintain occupancy, cleanliness, and safety standards

● Support sales intent and resident retention


This is not a desk job — it’s a people-facing, on-ground role where your attitude and ownership matter more than titles.


What You Will Do Every Day (Practical Picture of the Role)

● Manage room allocations and ensure optimal occupancy

● Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

● Address resident issues, complaints, and requests promptly

● Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-organized

● Communicate clearly with residents and internal teams

● Support sales efforts and encourage renewals/referrals

● Stay flexible with shifts and be available on-site when required
