Purchase Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible Purchase Assistant to support the purchase department in day-to-day operations. The role includes handling vendor communication, preparing purchase orders, tracking materials, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing materials and suppliers

Prepare and follow up on purchase orders

Maintain purchase records and documentation

Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery

Track inventory and material availability

Support the purchase manager in daily tasks

Ensure price comparison and negotiate basic rates

Requirements:

Any degree

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Good communication and negotiation skills

Fresher/Experience both acceptable (as per your requirement)

Should be responsible and quick learner

Preferred:

Candidates with experience in purchase or procurement

Male candidates (if applicable for your post)

Driving license (if field visit is needed)
