Purchase Executive

1. Procure IT products such as laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices, and accessories.
2. Identify and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
3. Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) as per company requirements.
4. Compare quotations from multiple vendors and negotiate the best price and terms.
5. Ensure timely delivery of IT products as per project or client requirements.
6. Maintain vendor database and vendor relationship management.
7. Track and follow up on order status and delivery schedules.
8. Verify product specifications, quantity, and quality before procurement.
9. Coordinate with accounts and inventory teams for invoice processing and stock updates.
10. Maintain purchase records, documentation, and reports for audit and tracking purposes.

Required Skills:

• Required Skills Knowledge of IT hardware and products (laptops, servers, networking devices)
• Vendor management and negotiation skills
• Understanding of procurement processes
• Quotation comparison and price negotiation
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
• Experience 3–5 years of experience in IT product procurement or purchase operations.
