Quality Control Engineer

A Quality Engineer in a rubber moulding company is responsible for ensuring the quality of rubber products, identifying defects and implementing corrective actions. Here are some key responsibilities:

- Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control systems, conduct inspections and tests, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.

- Defect Analysis: Identify and analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

- Process Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.

- Supplier Management: Work with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality standards.

- Documentation: Maintain quality documentation, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Rubber Technology, or a related field

- 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field

- Knowledge of rubber moulding processes, quality control tools, and statistical analysis

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards
