Quality Inspector

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect & Test: Conduct visual and measurement tests on raw materials, components, and finished products to verify they meet specifications, using tools like micrometers, gauges, and blueprints.
• Monitor Production: Oversee assembly lines and production processes, making rounds to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Identify & Report Defects: Pinpoint non-conforming items, reject them, and document defects, ensuring they are reworked or scrapped.
• Collaborate & Improve: Work with production teams to address quality issues, communicate adjustments needed, and suggest ways to improve standards and processes.
• Document & Report: Maintain records of inspections, test results, and non-conformances, and prepare reports on quality metrics.
