Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our growing construction and property development team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in marketing residential apartments and commercial office projects, with strong skills in developing and executing strategies that boost brand visibility, attract buyers and investors, and drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement marketing plans to support business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends & new opportunities and collect accurate market data.
• Converting leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels; use data-driven insights to optimize results.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, prepare quotations, understanding of documentation, and manage related records.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related degree.
• Proven experience (0–5 years) in marketing for construction, real estate, or property development companies.
• To compile and follow at the rules of the Organization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Candidate must have to know EXCEL & Computer based skills.
• Immediate joiners are most preferable.
