Job Description
- Lead Generation & Networking: Proactively identify new business opportunities, build referral networks, and attend industry events. Do daily visits and sell Dhanvi's real estate offerings - Residential, plot, commercial
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, and stakeholders to ensure retention and growth.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements, and manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals for management.
