Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling customer visits, explaining project details, and converting walk-ins into sales.
• The role involves end-to-end site management and ensuring customer satisfaction during the sales process.

KRA: Task / Activities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and explain project features, legalities, and benefits.
• Conduct site visits and ensure professional presentation of the property.
• Generate leads through local promotions, references, and field activities.
• Maintain accurate client follow-up and sales tracking records.
• Coordinate with back-office and sales teams for documentation and deal closures.
• Achieve monthly sales targets as per company goals.

KPI: Performance Metrics:

• Monthly plot sales achievement
• Conversion ratio of walk-ins to closures
• Lead follow-up efficiency
• Customer satisfaction and repeat references

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)

Required Skills & Preferred skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of real estate project handling and documentation
• Customer engagement and sales closing ability
• Familiar with local market trends and competitor projects
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
