Sales Officer -
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, site visits, and referrals
Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers
Conduct site visits and property presentations
Maintain customer database and follow-up regularly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and CRM team
Assist customers with documentation and booking process
Provide after-sales support and customer service
