Real Estate Telesales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Telecaller who can confidently handle property enquiries, connect with potential buyers, and convert leads into site visits and bookings.

The ideal candidate should understand the real estate sales process, speak fluently, and know how to build trust with customers over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with property enquiries

Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly

Understand customer requirements and qualify leads

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team

Maintain proper call records and follow-up updates

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

Build long-term relationships with customers

Required Skills:

Proven experience in real estate telecalling

Strong communication skills (Tamil mandatory, English preferred)

Good convincing and negotiation skills

Ability to handle objections and close leads

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in plots / villas / apartments sales

Comfortable working with sales targets

Female / Male candidates welcome
