Job Title: Bank Relationship Officer (Immediate Joiners)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: Up to 25 years
• Education: Any graduate (degree mandatory)
• Academic Record: No standing arrears

Role & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank customers
• Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable banking products
• Promote and cross-sell products such as savings accounts, loans, insurance, and investment services
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
