Summary: As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, you will ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence technologies. Your typical day will involve designing and deploying Responsible AI solutions, aligning AI projects with ethical principles and regulatory requirements, and providing leadership to foster cross-functional collaboration. You will advocate for the adoption of ethical AI practices, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the organization's values and objectives. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will facilitate discussions that promote understanding and implementation of responsible AI methodologies, ultimately contributing to the advancement of ethical standards in AI technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their understanding of responsible AI practices. - Develop and implement training programs to promote ethical AI awareness within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular. - Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and guidelines. - Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions that adhere to regulatory requirements. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams in the development of responsible AI initiatives. - Familiarity with data governance and management practices related to AI technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular. - This position is based in Coimbatore. - A 15 years full time education is required.
