Restaurant Captain

Position: Captain – Order Taking & Customer Service

Candidates must be able to speak and write in both Tamil and English to coordinate with the team.

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Captain to handle cake order taking, customer service, and counter operations at Chocko Choza.

Responsibilities include taking orders at the counter, over the phone, and via WhatsApp; serving walk-in customers; coordinating with the bakery team and delivery executives; managing inventory, store requests, and handling billing and payments.

Working shifts:

9:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, based on operational needs.

Food and accommodation can be provided for needy candidates.

Good communication skills, responsibility, and basic experience in bakery or food service are preferred.
