Restaurant Staff

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Captains, Waiters, and Stewards to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidates should have a passion for customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining service standards
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well organized
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Handle guest requests and resolve basic complaints politely
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Captain – Additional Responsibilities:

• Supervise service staff and coordinate floor operations
• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
• Train and guide waiters and stewards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented attitude
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 2–3 years (Freshers can apply for Steward positions)
