Retail Cashier

We have a shop inside the PSG Tech boys hostel, we need candidates for counter billing and taking xerox and printout

📝 Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to assist customers at the store counter, promote products, handle billing, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

🔧 Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers visiting the counter

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Provide product features, pricing, and promotional details
• Process sales transactions, issue bills, and manage cash/card payments
• Maintain product display and ensure counter cleanliness
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns politely
• Maintain daily sales records and report to the store manager
• Keep updated on new arrivals, discounts, and stock levels

✅ Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)

• 0–3 years experience in retail or counter sales (FMCG, electronics, garments, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software/POS systems)
• Customer-oriented approach and sales skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
