JOB DESCRIPTION:


Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Two-Wheeler Spares Retail Manager to oversee daily retail operations, manage spare parts inventory, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service in our two-wheeler spare parts retail outlet.


Key Responsibilities

  • Retail Store Management
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the spare parts retail store
  • Ensure smooth counter sales and customer handling
  • Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and product visibility
  • Inventory Management
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of fast-moving spare parts
  • Maintain accurate stock records and conduct periodic stock audits
  • Coordinate with suppliers and distributors for timely procurement
  • Reduce dead stock and prevent shortages
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Promote genuine spare parts and accessories
  • Develop relationships with mechanics, garages, and repeat customers
  • Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and warranty issues
  • Provide product guidance and technical spare part support
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction and retention
  • Team Management
  • Supervise sales executives and counter staff
  • Allocate duties and monitor employee performance
  • Provide training on product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Vendor & Supplier Coordination
  • Negotiate pricing and manage vendor relationships
  • Track purchase orders and delivery schedules
  • Billing & Documentation
  • Ensure accurate billing and invoicing
  • Monitor daily cash collection and payment reconciliation
  • Maintain sales reports and MIS records


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts & accessories
  • Retail store management experience
  • Inventory control & stock planning skills
  • Sales and target achievement ability
  • Customer handling & negotiation skills
  • Basic mechanical understanding of motorcycles/scooters
  • Billing software / ERP knowledge
  • Leadership & team management skills
  • Vendor management & procurement skills
  • MS Excel and reporting skills


Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering / Any Graduate
  • 3–7 years’ experience in Two-Wheeler Spares Retail / Automobile Parts Store


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in brands like Hero MotoCorp, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India, TVS Motor Company, Bajaj Auto, or Yamaha Motor India dealership or spare parts outlet
  • Experience handling mechanics network and retail counters


Salary Range

  • ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)
