Retail Sales Executive

Shubbam Boutique is looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Salesmen or Saleswomen who are passionate about fashion and enjoy assisting customers with their shopping experience. The role involves welcoming customers, helping them choose outfits, and maintaining a pleasant and organized store environment.

🧵 Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer excellent customer service
• Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their tastes and requirements
• Provide product information, styling suggestions, and size guidance
• Handle billing and manage POS transactions
• Ensure store cleanliness, display arrangement, and stock organization
• Maintain knowledge of new arrivals and ongoing offers
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets
• Manage customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience

👗 Requirements

Prior experience in retail fashion sales is preferred

• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Pleasant personality and interest in women's fashion
• Must be punctual, responsible, and service-oriented
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced boutique environment

⏰ Working Hours

Full-time: 10.30 AM to 9.00 PM (Compulsory)

• Part-time: 3.00 PM to 9.00 PM (Only)
• Working Days: All 7 days
• (Weekly off on rotational)
