Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our ZIMSON Watch showroom in Coimbatore. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

2. Analyze sales data and market trends

3. Supervise, train, and develop sales staff

4. Ensure exceptional customer experience

5. Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and store displays

6. Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of sales management experience in branded eyewear retail

2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets

3. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills

4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Salary and Benefits:

1. CTC: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 (Take Home: ₹27,000 - ₹31,250)

2. Incentives: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per month (linked to target achievement)
