We are expanding our distribution network across Coimbatore and nearby districts.

📍 Job Location

Coimbatore & surrounding areas (field-based role)

🎯 Job Objective

To develop market presence, appoint distributors, increase retail reach, and drive sales growth for all company products.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Sales & Distribution

Appoint and manage distributors, sub-distributors, and retailers

Achieve monthly sales targets

Ensure product availability in:

Kirana stores

Supermarkets

Bakeries

Hotels / mess / caterers (HORECA)

Handle order collection & payment follow-up

🔹 Market Development

Conduct daily market visits

Open new retail outlets

Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and placement

Ensure proper shelf visibility & stock rotation

🔹 Promotions & Branding

Execute launch offers (10+2 chapati, combo schemes, free sampling)

Coordinate in-store promotions & tasting demos

Support branding activities (posters, banners, standees)

🔹 Distributor & Retailer Relationship

Maintain strong relationships with channel partners

Resolve market issues (returns, damages, slow movement)

Collect market feedback and report to management

🔹 Reporting & Planning

Daily sales & visit reporting

Weekly performance review

Monthly growth plan submission

🎓 Candidate Requirements

✅ Experience

2–5 years experience in FMCG / Food / Beverage sales

Experience in distributor handling is mandatory

Local market knowledge of Coimbatore preferred

✅ Skills

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Ability to work independently in the field

Target-driven mindset

Basic reporting (WhatsApp / Excel / app-based)

🚗 Other Requirements

Two-wheeler with valid license

Willing to travel daily

Local language (Tamil) mandatory

💰 Salary & Benefits (Indicative)

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience)

Incentives: Performance-based (sales-linked)

Travel allowance / fuel support
