Key ResponsibilitiesSales

• Generate student leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and follow-ups
• Convert inquiries into counseling appointments and enrollments
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Maintain lead data and follow-up status in CRM / Excel
• Coordinate with counselors to close admissions

Marketing

• Conduct field marketing activities (schools, colleges, events, seminars)
• Build tie-ups with colleges, institutes, and consultants
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotions
• Assist in organizing seminars, education fairs, and workshops
• Promote Vibedu Study Abroad brand locally

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years experience in Sales / Marketing / Education Industry
• Freshers with strong communication and marketing interest can apply

Required Skills

• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Good interpersonal and networking skills
• Willingness to do field work + office work
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and lead handling
