Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales (Events & Premium Gifting)

Location: COIMBATORE

Experience: 5+ Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional with 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, event solutions, or gifting services. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and building long-term relationships in the corporate segment.

  • Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Business Development Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate events and gifting.
  • Build a strong pipeline of clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • 🔹 Client Relationship Management Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized event and gifting solutions.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • 🔹 Sales Execution Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • 🔹 Marketing & Branding Contribute to marketing campaigns for brand visibility.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Represent the company at networking events and exhibitions.
  • Coordination & Operations Work closely with vendors, designers, and operations team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any client issues.
  • Key Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in:
  • Corporate Sales / Event Management / Gifting Industry
  • Strong network in corporate sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Good understanding of branding, events, and gifting solutions.
