Sales Consultant

Position Overview:

Sri Kovai Bhairavaa Motocrafts is looking for enthusiastic & customer-focused Sales Consultants to join the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining product features, conducting test rides & converting showroom walk-ins into successful sales. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

v Welcome & assist walk-in customers in the showroom professionally.

v Explain features, specifications & benefits of Vespa & Aprilia models.

v Understand customer requirements & recommend suitable vehicles.

v Arrange & manage test rides for interested customers.

v Follow up with leads through phone calls, SMS & WhatsApp.

v Maintain proper records of customer inquiries & sales leads.

v Coordinate with the finance department & delivery teams for vehicle booking & delivery.

v Ensure proper vehicle display & maintain showroom presentation standards.

v Achieve monthly sales targets & contribute to showroom revenue growth.

v Provide excellent customer service to enhance brand experience.
