Preparing and submitting quotations & sales orders on time and following up through calls, emails, messages until order closure. Liaising between transporter and customer to ensure goods are properly transported. Liaising among production and dispatch teams, internally, for order execution and dispatch. Following up with customers for payment and orders. Handling/ resolving customer queries and service requests. Assisting in other business operations as per business need.
