Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage cold calls, mass mailing, and outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and drive sales growth.
• Utilize strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or related field (cold calling, telesales).
• Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers.
• Proficiency in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Cold Calling, Mass Mailing, Telesales, Telecalling, Outbound Calling activities.
