Sales Executive

Make calls to all indiamart,and online enquiries,provide quotation and convert them into orders ,backend technical support of the product will be provided if customer asks for technical clarifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to generate leads and new business.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demos, or client meetings (in-person or online).
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and send quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close deals.
• Maintain records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in presenting products and handling objections.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales software/CRM tools.

Ability to work under pressure and handle field/client visits.
