Sales Executive Job Description

Role: To drive membership growth and promote chit fund schemes within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and prospect potential clients (individuals, small businesses) in the field.
• Explain chit fund schemes, benefits, and terms clearly to potential members.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for new enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure member satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data. 

Requirements:

• Proven field sales experience (chit fund, finance, banking preferred) and freshers also welcome
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and valid license. 

Collection Executive Job Description

Role: To ensure timely collection of installments, manage customer accounts, and minimize outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collect regular payments from members in designated areas.
• Follow up on overdue payments and implement recovery strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing/payment issues.
• Build strong customer rapport to encourage timely payments and long-term engagement.
• Verify customer details (address, property) for accurate records.
• Prepare and submit daily/monthly collection reports to management.
• Coordinate with legal teams for severe cases, if necessary. 

Requirements:

• Experience in collections or sales (chit fund, banking, finance) and freshers also welcome.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and debt recovery skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and data entry skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid license (mandatory).
