Sales Executive

Position Summary:  

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled individual to join our Spares Department. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of tools and machine spare parts, along with strong communication skills to coordinate with clients regarding spare parts inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Handle spare parts-related inquiries and follow-up with clients.  

- Identify and understand client requirements for machine spares.  

- Maintain records of spare parts inventory and order status.  

- Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and dispatch.  

- Provide basic technical support related to spare parts.  

- Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:  

- Diploma or B.E. in EEE / Mechanical / ECE.  

- Basic knowledge of tools and machine spare parts.  

- Good communication and client-handling skills.  

- Ability to manage multiple client interactions and maintain records.  

- Freshers with relevant knowledge can apply.

Preferred:  

- Experience in handling spare parts or technical support in a manufacturing environment
