Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to international time zones.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Prior experience in international sales, inside sales, or call center sales is preferred.
