Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

·      To achieve monthly sales target of Credit Card.

·      Maintaining excellent relationship with employees of the assigned branch.

·      To achieve monthly sales target of Credit Card through Retail Stores / Branches/ Open Market.

·      Maintaining excellent relationship with employees of the assigned store.

Qualification:

·      Minimum Educational Qualification: Pursuing Graduation or XII Pass or above

Experience:

·      Candidates with experience in sales will be preferred.

·      Work Experience in Credit Card Company / Financial Services or Telecom will be an added advantage.

·      30% freshers can also be accommodating only if preferred by ASM

Additional Details:

·      Minimum Age should be 18 Yrs.

·      Branch will be allocated basis the business requirement and availability. Executive need to operate out of branch as per assigned timings.

·      Mandatory to report at Sales office for application submission on daily basis post 6 PM.

·      Salaries will be paid through bank account between 5th or 7th of every month. Salary will be at par and is not a constraint for eligible Candidate. Lucrative Incentive can be earned in addition to salary on target achievement.

·      Discipline and punctuality mandatory to be maintained at work place.

·      This is a target based front end job with mandatory field visits. There will be no backend work at the branch.

·      The candidate will be on the third-party payroll.

·      There will be 3-day training program from 1st day of Joining and it’s mandatory to complete the training certification.
