Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities -

Sales & Customer Handling

• Greet customers and understand their requirements
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Promote add-on sales (accessories, extended warranty, insurance, etc.)

Store Operations

• Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising
• Maintain stock accuracy and assist in stock counts
• Support billing and cash counter activities when required
• Keep the store clean and well-organized

Customer Experience

• Deliver excellent customer service and build customer trust
• Handle basic customer complaints and escalate when required
• Ensure proper follow-up for exchanges or service-related queries

Compliance & Discipline

• Follow company policies, SOPs, and attendance norms
• Ensure POSH, safety, and company compliance
• Maintain professional behavior and grooming standards
