Sales Executive

• We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive to manage our dealer and retailer network for leading brands such as Havells, CRYSLER, Parryware, Panasonic, Havells, Ultratech, and other building materials. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, order generation, dealer relationship management, and expanding our retail presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealer & Retail ManagementVisit dealers and retailers daily as per route plan
• Generate orders and ensure regular billing
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers
• Appoint new dealers/retailers in untapped areas
• Ensure product availability and display at counters
• Sales & Target AchievementAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Increase secondary sales and market share
• Promote new products and schemes
• Push slow-moving or focus SKUs

Market Development

• Identify new business opportunities in assigned territory
• Track competitor pricing, schemes, and activities
• Collect market feedback and share with management
• Support builders, contractors, and electricians/plumbers through dealers
• Collections & OperationsFollow up on payments and outstanding collections
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely delivery
• Maintain daily sales reports and visit reports
• Ensure proper stock rotation and merchandising

Required Skills

• Strong field sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication in Tamil (English basic knowledge preferred)
• Relationship-building ability with dealers and retailers
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp order handling
• Two-wheeler with valid license mandatory

Preferred Experience

• Experience in building materials / electrical / plumbing / paint / sanitaryware sales
• Experience handling dealer or distributor network
• Familiarity with Coimbatore market is a plus
