Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer InteractionGreet customers and understand their requirements and budget
  • Explain bike models, features, pricing, mileage, and variants
  • Conduct test rides and product demonstrations
  • Convert walk-in inquiries into confirmed sales
  • 2. Sales Target AchievementAchieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Promote new models, offers, and seasonal schemes
  • Upsell accessories, insurance, extended warranty, and AMC plans
  • 3. Documentation & BillingAssist customers with booking, invoicing, and delivery process
  • Prepare sales documents such as quotations, booking forms, and delivery notes
  • Coordinate with finance and insurance departments for loan approvals
  • 4. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain customer database and follow up on inquiries
  • Build long-term customer relationships for repeat sales
  • Ensure smooth delivery and post-sale follow-up
  • 5. Product KnowledgeStay updated on product specifications, competitors, and market trends
  • Explain maintenance schedules, service intervals, and warranty details
  • 6. Marketing & Lead GenerationGenerate leads through referrals, phone calls, and local marketing activities
  • Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns
  • Follow up on online and telephonic inquiries
  • 7. Showroom ManagementEnsure bikes are clean, displayed properly, and ready for test rides
  • Maintain showroom appearance and branding standards
  • Coordinate with stock yard for vehicle availability
  • 8. Compliance & EthicsFollow company sales policies and ethical practices
  • Ensure legal compliance with RTO and documentation requirements
