Sales Executive

We are looking to Recruit sales executive for our TVS SHOWROOM ( TWO WHEELER ). Key responsibilities include conducting test drives, negotiating prices, processing financing, managing customer relationships (CRM), achieving sales targets, and delivering vehicles while maintaining high customer satisfaction

• Customer Engagement & Sales: Welcoming showroom visitors, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable BIKE models, and negotiating terms to close sales.
• Demonstration & Test Drives: Explaining vehicle features, capabilities, and warranties, and taking customers on test drives.
• Lead Generation & Follow-up: Generating leads through networking, calls, and email; managing a customer database; and following up on inquiries to convert them into buyers.
• Documentation & Financing: Preparing sales contracts, processing financing, and explaining insurance/payment options to customers.
• Vehicle Delivery: Ensuring vehicles are properly prepared, inspected, and delivered to customers with a comprehensive explanation of features.
• Relationship Management: Building rapport with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Market Knowledge & Reporting: Staying updated on product knowledge, competitor models, and market trends, while reporting sales performance metrics to management. 
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a valid driver's license.
• Goal-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.
