Sales Executive

Job Summary:Dr. Mariea’s Publication and Research International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive to convert leads into sales and drive revenue growth. The primary responsibility of this role is to close deals, increase revenue, and ensure that all generated leads result in successful sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the academic publishing and research industry.

• Key Responsibilities:Revenue Generation & Sales Execution:
• Convert generated leads into paying customers through effective sales strategies.
• Follow up with potential clients, understand their needs, and close deals efficiently.
• Develop sales pipelines and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Ensure all marketing efforts translate into measurable sales outcomes.
• Lead Management & Follow-up:Engage with researchers, academicians, and medical professionals to sell publishing and research services.
• Nurture leads through calls, emails, and Online meetings to build strong customer relationships.
• Address objections, clarify doubts, and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Maintain an updated CRM with accurate lead status and follow-up details.
