Job Title: Sales Executive – Solar Energy Solutions

Location: Coimbatore

Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000–20,000/month + Incentives

Role Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, educating customers about solar energy, and closing residential and commercial rooftop solar deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers in your assigned area
• Explain the financial and environmental benefits of solar rooftop systems
• Coordinate site visits and system design with the technician
• Generate quotations, assist in financing queries , and close sales
• Maintain lead data and sales records

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
• Strong communication in local language (Tamil) and English
• Sales experience preferred in Solar 
• Willingness to travel locally (bike preferred)

2. Senior Solar Technician

Job Title: Senior Technician – Solar Panel Installation

Location: Coimbatore 

Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000-20,000/month (based on experience)

Role Summary:

The Senior Technician will lead solar installation work, ensuring safe and efficient mounting of solar panels, inverter wiring, and customer site readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer sites to assess installation requirements
• Install solar PV systems on rooftops (panels, inverters, mounting structures)
• Ensure all electrical connections are safely and correctly executed
• Coordinate with the sales executive for scheduling and customer updates
• Provide basic customer training and system handover

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or related trade
• At least 3 year of rooftop solar installation experience
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and handle tools/equipment safely
• Comfortable working on rooftops and lifting equipment
