Preferable Two Wheeler Sales (OEM Sales-Only ).

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager Sales to lead the sales department at our Yamaha Two Wheeler Dealer Showroom. As the General Manager Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales operations, achieving sales targets, and maximizing profitability. Your exceptional leadership skills and deep understanding of the automotive industry will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction, expanding market share, and maintaining Yamaha's brand image.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve dealership sales targets and objectives.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure the highest level of productivity and customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns and drive customer traffic to the showroom.
• Manage the inventory and ensure optimal stock levels of Yamaha two-wheelers, accessories, and spare parts.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Implement and maintain sales processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Stay updated with Yamaha's product range, features, and technological advancements to effectively educate and engage customers.
• Act as a Yamaha brand ambassador and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all business dealings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or two-wheeler industry.
• Strong knowledge of Yamaha's two-wheeler product range, features, and market positioning.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Proficient in using sales management software and tools for reporting and analysis.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
