Job Description

Develop and implement effective B2B and B2C sales strategies. Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Monitor sales performance metrics and report to senior management.

Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to optimize offerings.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.


Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create comprehensive sales plans that align with the company's goals and objectives, identifying new market opportunities and analyzing trends to increase revenue. 

Lead and Manage the Sales Team: Oversee the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet individual and team performance targets. This includes recruiting, mentoring, and motivating team members. 

Set Sales Targets and Monitor Performance: Establish clear sales targets and quotas, regularly monitoring performance metrics to ensure goals are met or exceeded. Provide feedback and make necessary adjustments to strategies as needed. 

Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall business initiatives and product launches.
