Job Description: Showroom Sales Executive (Building Materials & Fenestration)We are seeking a high-energy, data-driven Showroom Sales Executive to manage in-house customers and proactively engage with organic leads. This role is designed for a professional who excels at customer relationship management, technical product consulting, and data-backed sales reporting. You will be responsible for driving revenue across our premium product lines, including uPVC/Aluminium systems and WPC doors.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIn-House Customer Management: Greet and consult with walk-in customers in the showroom, providing a premium experience and expert product guidance.
  • Organic Lead Engagement: Proactively reach out to organic leads (web inquiries, social media, and referrals) to understand their requirements and schedule showroom visits or site measurements.
  • Technical Consultation: Provide accurate technical advice on uPVC/Aluminium windows and WPC doors, including features, durability, and installation specifications.
  • Lead to Closure: Take full ownership of the sales funnel for your assigned leads—from initial inquiry and pricing to final negotiation and closure.
  • Data Analysis & MIS Reporting: Maintain detailed MIS reports to track your individual performance, including lead-to-closure conversion rates, product-wise sales performance, and daily activity logs.
  • CRM Discipline: Ensure 100% accurate data entry in the CRM (Zoho, Bigin, etc.) for all customer interactions, ensuring no lead is left without a follow-up.
  • Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Diploma (Civil, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering) or Any Degree (B.Com, B.Sc., B.E., etc.).
  • Analytical Excellence: Strong skills in preparing reports and interpreting sales data to improve personal conversion ratios.


  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Construction Industry or Building Materials (e.g., Tiles, Ceramics, or Hardware) is added advantage.


  • Software Tools: Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and experience using CRM software for lead management.


  • Sales Expertise: Experience in Showroom Sales and customer handling, with a proven ability to explain technical product features.
  • Personality: Bold, assertive, and detail-oriented. You should be comfortable engaging with premium clients and architects.
  • Product PortfolioFenestration: uPVC and Aluminium Windows/Doors.
