Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Essex Engineers, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. Your primary focus will be on building strong customer relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. If you’re passionate about sales, customer engagement, and strategic expansion, this role is for you!

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Visit potential customers, understand their needs, and present our products in detail.
  • Use persuasive communication to convince customers to choose our solutions.
  1. Follow-Up and Closure:
  • Consistently follow up with leads and inquiries.
  • Ensure timely closures by addressing customer queries and overcoming objections.
  1. Dealer Onboarding:
  • Identify and onboard new dealers.
  • Train dealers on our product portfolio, pricing, and processes.
  • Foster strong partnerships with dealers to drive mutual success.
  1. Lead Generation and Conversion:
  • Generate leads through dealer networks, referrals, and other channels.
  • Convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and tailoring solutions.
  • Explore new construction projects and engage with decision-makers.
  • Strategically expand our business footprint in the assigned geography.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
