Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales operations across multiple locations. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing high-performing teams, and ensuring effective utilization of CRM systems.

·        Lead and manage sales teams across regions to achieve business targets

·        Develop and execute strategic sales plans

·        Monitor performance, provide coaching, and drive team productivity

·        Utilize CRM systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting

·        Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

·        5+ years of sales experience with proven team management

·         Experience handling multi-location sales operations

·         Strong proficiency in CRM tools ( Zoho,)

·         Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
