Position: Sales Manager – Workwear Division (SoCo)


Location: Coimbatore

Job Type: Full Time

Experience Required: 3–5 years in Sales, Business Development, or Client Management (preferably in B2B, Workwear, Apparel, or Corporate Uniforms sector)

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & performance) + Attractive Incentives



About the Role:


We are looking for a Sales Manager for SoCo’s Workwear Division.

This role is focused exclusively on building and scaling the Workwear vertical—managing existing corporate clients and acquiring new ones. The right candidate will take ownership of this division and grow it into an independent profit centre, with the freedom and accountability of an Intrapreneurial role.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow SoCo’s existing Workwear clients across corporates, industries, hospitals, and institutions.

• Drive new business development for the Workwear vertical by identifying and acquiring potential clients.

• Build the Workwear vertical into a strong, independent profit centre at SoCo.

• Work closely with the Operations and Production teams to ensure timely delivery of workwear uniforms and supplies.

• Identify and implement cross-selling and upselling opportunities in the Workwear segment.

• Build long-term client relationships by ensuring consistent service and satisfaction.



Key Skills & Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in B2B / Apparel / Corporate Uniforms / Workwear).

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and scale a vertical.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve growth targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

• Strong business acumen and ability to work independently.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory; four-wheeler is an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel frequently within Coimbatore (local travel only).
