Job Description
1. Call incoming and existing leads to explain Autowelkin services and products.
2. Understand customer requirements (car model, spare part, condition, budget).
3. Coordinate with junkyard vendors and internal team for part availability.
4. Share pricing, delivery timelines, and close sales over phone/WhatsApp.
5. Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
6. Handle customer objections and build trust for repeat business.
7. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
8. Support order confirmation and payment follow-up.
9. Provide after-sales support and feedback collection.
10. Work closely with field sales and operations team.
