We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in our IT department by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth in the IT department. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and business development Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy and identify new opportunities Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for the company and the client Manage contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Deep understanding of the IT industry and market trends Representing the company: They must represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image at all times. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing. Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers. Experience in IT sales, marketing, or related field. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
