🎯 Role Overview- We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who enjoys meeting people, visiting sites, and closing deals. This role focuses on relationship-driven sales, site coordination, and expanding our presence in the construction and interiors market.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Conduct site visits and meet architects, builders, and contractors
- Handle B2B & B2C sales for hardware, kitchen, and interior products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Generate new leads and follow up on enquiries
- Achieve monthly sales targets and grow revenue
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field (preferred)
- Minimum 12th qualification
- Fluency in Tamil & English (mandatory)
- Own two-wheeler (petrol allowance provided)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Incentives: Up to ₹50,000+ (performance-based; no upper limit)
- Petrol allowance
- Annual bonus after 1 year
