Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge in sales of electrical products, particularly Distribution Transformers, Control Panels, Street Light Poles, and related electrical infrastructure products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Distribution Transformers, Control Panels, Street Light Poles, and other electrical products
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in Government, Utility, EPC, and Private sectors
• Manage and grow relationships with discoms, contractors, consultants, and OEM clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and contracts
• Coordinate with tendering, design, production, and accounts teams
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Handle client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions
• Follow up on payments, dispatches, and order execution
• Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong product knowledge of Distribution Transformers, Control Panels, Street Light Poles
• Experience in B2B / Project Sales / Electrical Infrastructure Sales
• Understanding of tender-based and direct sales processes
• Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a sales team (if applicable)
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience dealing with EPC contractors, Power project developers – Solar municipalities, and PSUs
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements
• Target-driven and result-oriented

Salary:

₹ 30,000 to 40,000 (Negotiable as per experience)
