Job Role
Sales Officer Gold Loan is a customer-facing professional whose primary responsibility is to source Gold Loan Customers from Open Market through marketing activities, cold calls & references. Also, they need to work closely with the branches and convert the branch leads for Gold Loan business.
Key Accountability
- Marketing activities in the open market daily for lead generation.
- Branch leads follow-up and conversion.
- Conversion of leads to logins.
- Achieving the assigned monthly productivity
- Sourcing quality portfolio
