Job Title: Trainer – Telesales Executives

Mission:

To equip Telesales Executives with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to effectively engage users, understand their needs, and convert them into satisfied premium subscribers through high-quality training and continuous coaching.

Job Description:

The Trainer – Telesales Executives is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for telesales teams. The role involves onboarding new hires, enhancing the performance of existing staff, and ensuring that all executives are well-versed in product knowledge, sales techniques, CRM usage, and customer communication standards. The trainer will play a key role in building a motivated, high-performing telesales team that consistently meets conversion and satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing telesales executives.

• Conduct sessions on communication skills, sales techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge.

• Provide hands-on coaching through role plays, live call audits, and feedback sessions.

• Monitor trainee performance during the onboarding phase and post-training period.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and design refresher training modules.

• Maintain training records, attendance, feedback forms, and assessment reports.

• Ensure consistency in messaging, call quality, and adherence to sales processes.

• Stay updated on new product features, pricing, and offers to incorporate into training.

• Motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence in call quality and conversion rates.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Communication, or related fields).

• Experience: 1–5 years of experience in telesales training, sales coaching, or call center training.

• Language: Fluency in Malayalam

• Other: Experience using CRM systems, conducting virtual and in-person training, and designing training materials (slides, scripts, assessments).

All necessary product and process training materials will be provided. The trainer will be expected to adapt them and enhance delivery for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
