Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of systems. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to enhance user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - Experience with cloud-based identity management solutions. - Strong understanding of access control models and security protocols. - Familiarity with user provisioning and de-provisioning processes. - Knowledge of compliance standards related to identity and access management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
