Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing security measures, and monitoring systems to safeguard sensitive information. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that security protocols are adhered to while maintaining operational efficiency. Your role will also include providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of security awareness and compliance throughout the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in security practices. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM). - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with identity governance and administration tools. - Knowledge of risk management and incident response strategies. - Familiarity with access control models and authentication protocols. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
